Partner terms for study associations

Version 1, October 2026

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply between UniSwipe and a study association (a student society or similar organisation) that joins the partner programme, represented by the board members who use its portal. An organisation that is part of a university without a legal personality of its own takes part through its board: the board member who accepts these terms confirms that it may, with any consent its university's rules require.

2. The member offer

The association's code gives a student their first month of AI Tutor Premium for €4.99 (the monthly plan, once, for students who have not had Premium before) and €5 off their first tutor booking (once). UniSwipe pays for both discounts; tutors are paid as normal.

3. What the association earns

For every student who used its code, the association earns €2.99 for each full-price month of AI Tutor Premium they pay (the same share of a quarterly or yearly payment), for as long as they subscribe, and 5% of their first tutor booking once the tutor accepts it. Nothing is earned on the discounted first month. A refunded or cancelled payment is taken back. Earnings can be withdrawn 14 days after the payment, from €25: to the association's own Stripe account or, for an organisation without a bank account of its own, by bank transfer to the organisation that manages its money (its university, or a foundation or association acting for it), under an agreement with that organisation and against its invoice, which UniSwipe pays within 14 days. On the bank-transfer route each payout request closes a settlement period (one a quarter suits most universities): the recipient invoices that amount, with its KSeF number if it has one, to the invoice address shown in the portal. The amounts include any VAT due on them: an association registered for VAT invoices UniSwipe for each payout (the statements in the portal have the figures); one that is not, or that uses a small-business exemption, needs no invoice. Whoever receives the payouts takes care of its own bookkeeping and taxes.

4. Promoting UniSwipe

Describe UniSwipe truthfully: no promises of passing or grades, no suggestion that UniSwipe is part of or endorsed by the university, and no use of the university's name or logo to promote UniSwipe without its consent. Label every post, story or message with the code or a link as advertising, clearly, at the start and in the language of the post, and use the platform's paid-partnership label where it has one. Do not send unsolicited messages, and do not publish the code on coupon or discount websites. Say in the post that the association earns a commission from UniSwipe. UniSwipe checks posts from time to time; if one breaks these rules we ask you to correct it, and we may pause the code if it happens again.

5. Course materials

Upload only files the association may share: past exams and their solutions or answer keys, course notes, summaries and lecture slides. Files must not contain any student's name, student number or grade. UniSwipe uses the files to build AI Tutor lessons and practice questions; students never see or download the files themselves. We may decline a file. The association can ask us to remove its files at any time; we then stop using them, and courses already built keep what was written from them. Exams, slides and other material made by lecturers or the university may be shared only as far as they allow: say who made the files when you upload them, and mark the courses whose lecturer does not allow it. Rights holders can report material on our Report content page; we then remove it.

6. Privacy

The portal shows counts only. UniSwipe never tells the association which students signed up, subscribed or booked, and the association does not pass its members' personal data to UniSwipe.

7. Ending the partnership

Either side can end the partnership at any time. Earnings up to that moment are paid out. UniSwipe may pause or end a partnership that breaks these terms. While a partnership is paused, the code gives no member offer, nothing new is earned and withdrawals wait until it is resumed.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We email the association's admins before a change takes effect; continuing to use the code or the portal after that means accepting it.
